This class is works on young wrestlers (boys and girls) learning fundamentals of body movement, how to fall, roll and basic wrestling techniques, rules and strategies through Games, Drilling and some live simulation.

This class focuses on reinforcing wrestling fundamentals and start building chain wrestling concepts. This is class will keep wrestlers build their skills, strategies and styles through drilling, live simulation and games.

This is a time that the High School Wrestlers can come as much as they wish to get some extra work, Film review, detailed drilling etc.
