Wrestling Training Times & Registration Form

 This class introduces young athletes to the fundamentals of wrestling in a fun, supportive environment. Designed for boys and girls in grades K–8 with under three years of experience  the program focuses on: 

• Body movement basics – learning to fall, roll, and move with control
   
• Foundational techniques – core wrestling skills and positions
   
• Rules & strategies – understanding the sport through age-appropriate instruction
   
• Interactive learning – games, drills, and light live simulations
   

Our goal is to build confidence, coordination, and a solid wrestling foundation — all while keeping kids engaged and having fun.

Monday-Thursday

 5:00-6:30

$75 per month

$175 for 3 Months

  6–8 (with 3+ years of experience) & All High School Wrestlers

This class is designed for experienced wrestlers looking to take their skills to the next level. Through focused drilling, live simulation, and strategic development, athletes will sharpen their technique, build their individual style, and gain the confidence needed to compete—and win—at both the state and national levels.

• Advanced technique refinement
   
• Strategy and style development
   
• High-intensity drilling and live wrestling
   
• Mental preparation for competition
   

This class is ideal for serious middle school wrestlers with three or more years of experience, as well as all high school athletes committed to competing at an elite level
